At Emard Bros. Lumber, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Our return policy provides options for refunds, exchanges, and cancellations if a product is not required, unsuitable, or defective.
In-Store Returns – In-Stock Items
Cash Customers

Unopened items in their original packaging, accompanied by a receipt, and in sellable condition are eligible for a refund to the original payment method or an exchange.

Opened, damaged, or non-sellable items may not be eligible for a return or exchange.

Returns without receipts are subject to management discretion. Emard Bros. Lumber reserves the right to limit or refuse the return without receipts.
Account Customers

Unopened items in their original packaging, accompanied by an invoice, and in sellable condition are eligible for a credit to the account or an exchange.

Opened, damaged, or non-sellable items may not be eligible for a credit or exchange.
Pick-Up Returns (All Customers)

Returns picked up by Emard Bros. Lumber are subject to a stocking fee.

Products must be in clean, resellable condition.

Credit will be issued only after a manager verifies and approves the return based on product count and quality.

No delivery charges or restocking fees will apply to defective products or items incorrectly supplied by Emard Bros. Lumber.
Special Orders

Special orders cannot be returned.

Under special circumstances, if a special order return is approved by management only, a restocking fee will apply.
